To create this painting Karen chose several animals featured in the 2005 PETA "Rescued" calendar, placing them together in a lush green meadow against a vibrant, pastel-lit sky. From Phil the smiling pig, to Bunny the gentle elephant, these animals—once seperated by suffering and misery—are joined together for eternal happiness in the "Garden of PETA."
Measuring 20"x31" this beautiful artwork on canvas will be featured in the silent auction at PETA's 25th Anniversary Gala on September 10th at Paramount Pictures in Hollywood. The painting is valued at $2,300.
If you would like to pre-bid on Garden of Peta before the gala, please e-mail Dan Hanley with PETA. The highest pre-bid as of one week before the auction will be the minimum bid at the gala. Only those attending the gala may participate in pre-bidding.
