As the story goes. . .After watching one too many Lassie movies, a group of canine and feline friends from Long Island, New Bark pack their doggie bags and litter boxes and stowaway on a Greyhound bus headed for Hollywood. To their utter amazement, the town once dominated by human celebrities has been transformed into a wonderland for four-footed stars! From the Chateau Marmutt Hotel to Whiskers a Go-Go, the five furry friends receive the red-carpet treatment as they wind their way through Hollywoof. They dine at Spawgo restaurant; enjoy a concert at House of Blue Dog; see Three Dog Night and The Stray Cats in concert; meet Director Toto and Producer Beethoven on the set of their new movie, The Wizard of Paws; take in a double feature at Grauman's Siamese Theatre—The Dogfather, starring Marlon Brandog, Rated 'R' for ruff language, and Catpurr the Friendly Ghost—and visit the Walk of Fame where they dream of one day seeing their stars alongside Lassie and Morris the cat.
